How does Pick Up Work?

Pick up dates (You will choose one at checkout):

Monday, November 20 12:00 PM - 6:00 PM

Or

Thursday, November 30 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM

Pick up location: South St. Paul - Exact address will be e-mailed to you

Pick up will likely be a no-contact transaction. Cookies are on the south side of my house in a bag labeled with your name. In the case of inclement weather, you will receive an e-mail regarding pick up accommodations.

Can I pick up cookies for my friend?

Yes. You don’t need to e-mail me to let me know :)

Can I pick up my cookies a different date/time?

There may be a possibility I can accommodate a different pick up day/time. Please e-mail maddie@gartygoodies.com to inquire.

omg, i forgot to get my cookies! Now what?

You will receive a reminder e-mail the day of pick up (check Spam if you don’t see my e-mails). I will leave cookies on my front step until they are picked up, however, I take no responsibility for them after the pick up window ends.

How long are the cookies ‘good’ for? Can I freeze them for later?

Cookies are heat sealed in plastic bags to keep them fresh, but taste best when consumed within one week of pick up. However, you can freeze your cookies for up to two months if needed. It is recommended you place your cookies in an airtight container to avoid freezer burn. When thawing, place container in room temperature for at least 2 to 4 hours. Tampering with cookies before they are fully thawed may cause damage to the designs.

What else do I need to know before I order?

Aside from personalization, cookies are made as pictured. Every cookie is handmade, color shades may vary slightly from pictures.

Cookies are vanilla almond flavored and made in a home kitchen operating under Minnesota Cottage Food Law, where inspections are not required. ALLERGENS: WHEAT, MILK, TREE NUT

There are no refunds for cookies, as all are handmade and customized for your order.
